About Calvary Maricopa
Calvary Chapel Maricopa has been formed as a fellowship of believers under
the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ and be
conformed into His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. Calvary Chapel Maricopa has followed the call that God has placed on our hearts to reach the city of Maricopa through the gospel. Our passion is to help
Christians in their understanding of the scriptures and encourage their
spiritual growth in Jesus Christ.

We are
a non-denominational church. We are not opposed to denominations as such,
only to the over-emphasis of the doctrinal differences that have led to
the division of the Body of Christ.
We believe
the only true basis of Christian fellowship is Christ’s agape love, which
is greater than any differences we possess. Without His love, we cannot
claim ourselves Christians.
